Our Better Boards team will:

  • Facilitate creation & maintaining of core Board policies

  • Maintain Board documents

  • Take & distribute Minutes

  • Schedule Board & committee meetings

  • Compile & distribute Board packets for meetings

  • Coordinate onboarding of new Board members

  • Provide admin support for implementation of Strategic, Fundraising, and DEIA plans

  • Facilitate annual Board self-assessment
